Ubicado en el tercer piso de una típico edificio de la zona el apartamento está compuesto de un ingreso, sala comedor con sofá cama una pequeña cocina dotada de todos los servicios, una habitacion matrimonial y una doble, un baño y una pequeña terraza de ingreso.

La cocina
La cocina está dotada de cocina a inducción, refrigerador, horno microondas, lavaplatos eléctrico, tostadora de pan, hervidor eléctrico para el agua, lavaplatos y todo lo necesario para cocinar.

El apartamento está dotado de calefacción autónoma, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y zonas comunes y conexión a internet vía wireless gratuita.
El baño
El baño está dotado con ducha, bidet y secador de cabello, conseguirán papel higienico, jabon de baño y shampoo.
Comodidades
Lenzuolas y toallas están incluidas para todos nuestros hospites y a su disposición encontrarán también una plancha.
REGLAS DE LA CASA
– El apartamento se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor.
– Sin estacionamiento disponible.
Via Baccina se encuentra al interno de una zona de tráfico Limitado del Centro Histórico (ZTL), a la cual los automóviles sin un permiso especial de la Alcaldía no tienen acceso. Es posible estacionar dentro las líneas azules en Via Cavour y en las calles aledañas afuera de la zona (ZTL) pagando una tarifa horaria de un (1) euro la hora o de cuatro (4) euros por 8 horas.
– El horario de entrada (check-in) es desde las 14:00 hasta las 19:00.
– El horario de salida (check-out) antes de las 10:00.
– En todas las habitaciones del apartamento y áreas comunes está prohibido fumar, pero tenemos un cómodo espacio para fumar en la terraza de ingreso que está a su disposición.
